4.2 Recurring Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a recurring membership or course, your payment method will be automatically charged on the agreed renewal date. You are responsible for updating your payment information and address if it changes.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased. Please contact us at info@pmuelite.com with your request within 14 days of purchase. Digital course access is non-refundable once you have downloaded or accessed materials. Training programs may offer refunds within the first 7 days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed.
4.4 Non-Payment
If payment fails, we may suspend your account access until payment is received or the matter is resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided on PMU Elite Academy, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio files, and downloadable resources, is the exclusive property of PMU Elite Academy or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not:

8. Termination
